Each vendor registration includes 1 table (6ft) + 2 chairs.
Vendors will be placed in strategic locations (main ballroom, breakout hallway, or marketplace level). Location is assigned based on sponsorship level, type of business, and flow of the event.
Electricity is limited and must be requested in advance (additional fee may apply).
Vendors are responsible for providing tablecloths, signage, and display materials.
No open flames, cooking, or hazardous materials permitted.
All vendors must remain set up for the duration of the event
(9:00am – 6:00pm).
