Terms & Conditions

REGISTRATION AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

  • Only those individuals who register and present a 2024 badge may attend conference events, including  education sessions, networking functions and expo. 

  • Children are not allowed at the conference, as this can be a fast paced learning environment. 

  • Participants may not register as Expo Only. Expo Only registration is open only to vendors who have chosen to table at the expo. 

  • Cancellations must be made in writing via email by September 1, 2024 and are subject to a $15 processing fee. No refunds will be issued on cancellations received after this date, or for conference no-shows.

  • Substitutions are accepted in lieu of cancellations.

  • No refunds for cancellation of Expo participants after September 1, 2024 or for no-shows.

  • For Sponsors (cancellations must be received in writing no more than 10 days after check/ payment received.
