REGISTRATION AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

• Only those individuals who register and present a 2025 badge may attend conference events, including  education sessions, networking functions and expo. 

• Children are not allowed at the conference, as this can be a fast paced learning environment. 

• Participants may not register as Expo Only. Expo Only registration is open only to vendors who have chosen to table at the expo. 

• There are no cancellations and no refunds will be issued.

• Substitutions are accepted in lieu of cancellations.

• No refunds for cancellation of Expo participants after September 1, 2025 or for no-shows.

• For Sponsors (There are no cancellations and/ or withdrawals of sponsorship. All funds are used for the programming and services of The RARE Place, Inc., immediately.
