REGISTRATION AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

Only those individuals who register and present a 2024 badge may attend conference events, including education sessions, networking functions and expo.

Children are not allowed at the conference, as this can be a fast paced learning environment.

Participants may not register as Expo Only. Expo Only registration is open only to vendors who have chosen to table at the expo.

Cancellations must be made in writing via email by September 1, 2024 and are subject to a $15 processing fee. No refunds will be issued on cancellations received after this date, or for conference no-shows.

Substitutions are accepted in lieu of cancellations.

No refunds for cancellation of Expo participants after September 1, 2024 or for no-shows.

For Sponsors (cancellations must be received in writing no more than 10 days after check/ payment received.
