  • Each vendor registration includes 1 table (6ft) + 2 chairs.

  • Vendors will be placed in strategic locations (main ballroom, breakout hallway, or marketplace level). Location is assigned based on sponsorship level, type of business, and flow of the event.

  • Electricity is limited and must be requested in advance (additional fee may apply).

  • Vendors are responsible for providing tablecloths, signage, and display materials.

  • No open flames, cooking, or hazardous materials permitted.

  • All vendors must remain set up for the duration of the event
