I do this work because I know what it feels like to be underestimated, overlooked, or only valued when someone needs to hit a percentage.

 

I know what it feels like to walk into rooms where people smile in your face but doubt your ability, question your legitimacy, or talk about what you “don’t know” the moment you walk away.

 

Business has never been the same for us — we start with less: less access, less capital, less information, less mentorship and somehow we’re expected to produce more.

I became a voice and a bridge because I lived the frustration myself. I built my business with trial, error, mistakes, embarrassment, and heart; and I wish I had someone to teach me what I now know.

 

If no one is coming to save us, then we save us!

We educate us!

We train us!

 

And we do it in spaces that feel safe, trusted, culturally relevant, and welcoming, not intimidating.

I show up in this work because I believe diverse business owners deserve more than inspiration; we deserve strategy, access, opportunity, and a blueprint.

 

And I believe we deserve to grow without having to shrink. If my time, talent, and treasure can make that journey easier for even one business, then it’s worth every bit of the work.
