2026 Partners · Thank you

You didn't just sponsor a day. You built it with us.

The Return of Readiness happened on October 22, 2026 at 500 Pearl Street because our partners said yes. This page is our thank-you, and the record of who showed up.

A note from Talia
Talia Johnson-Huff

To every partner who invested in Year 3: thank you.

You believed in this work before the room was full. Because of you, business owners sat across from buyers, primes and agencies. They learned how to bid, price, follow up and grow. Our Capacity Building Cohort walked the stage, and one of them left with a $2,000 grant to keep building.

That is what your support did. It wasn't a logo on a wall. It was access, preparation and real relationships for small and diverse businesses across Western New York.

I don't take your partnership lightly. I'm grateful for every one of you, and I can't wait to build Year 4 together.

Training happens all year

The conference is one day. The training never stops.

Small and diverse businesses need a dedicated place to train and learn all year: workshops, cohorts, certification help and one-on-one support. Your gift keeps that work going.

Donate
Give to year-round training.

Every dollar goes to trainings and education for small business owners across Western New York. Any amount helps. The RARE Place, Inc. is a 501(c)(3), so your gift may be tax-deductible.

Naming opportunity
Put your name on the training space.

We need a dedicated year-round space for training and education. Sponsor it, and your name goes on the room where Western New York's small businesses get ready for contracts.

Year 4 · 2027

I'm committing to partner for 2027.

You helped build Year 3. Take the recommitment pledge now for your business or organization and help us plan Year 4 with you at the table from day one.

  • First conversation on 2027 levels, before they open publicly
  • Your name on the 2027 partner wall as a returning partner
  • A say in where year-round programming goes next

The pledge is a commitment to partner, not a payment. We'll follow up to confirm your level and details.

Send us an email explaining your why. The RARE Place, Inc. board will review it.

We are not about optics. We make the work happen. Our team has to be pure of heart and truly about elevating, educating and connecting small businesses, not just to rooms, but to contracts.

If you're not about this work, please don't waste your time or ours. The work is plenty and the laborers are few. Some work harder than others, and we don't do that over here. We build strategically.
